The complete flooring packaging line includes an automatic carton forming machine, hot-melt glue spraying system, an intelligent PLC control system, and a dual-station palletizer. How It Works

The machine included two parts: Automatic Packaging and Automatic Stacking,

The processing is :

Belt conveying feeding the flooring into the feeding area;

Collected 5 or 6 pcs setting up quantity for feeding stand by;

Feeding into a carton box, move to the next station for gluing;

The hot-melt adhesive will be injected by the peristaltic pump for 3 sides gluing;

Move to stack zone by conveying after gluing;

The robot arm will work with a photoelectric sensor for the final stacking into Pallet.
