The complete system includes an automatic layer separating unit, bag opening system, material discharge hopper, empty bag collection unit, and intelligent PLC control system.
The working process is as follows:

1. Forklift places the stacked bags onto the feeding conveyor.

3. Each bag is transferred to the bag opening station.
