The TOVOT Multi-layer Bag Unpacker is a fully automatic bag opening and emptying solution designed for plastic pellet production lines. It is suitable for handling stacked bags of PP, PE, PS, ABS, PVC and other free-flowing materials. With intelligent layer-by-layer feeding, automatic bag opening, material discharge, and empty bag collection, the machine helps manufacturers improve efficiency, reduce labor costs, and achieve stable, continuous production.
The complete system includes a pallet buffer conveyor, automatic bag gripping and cutting unit, bag shaking system, screw conveyor for empty bag collection, pallet collector, PLC control system, and an optional rotary valve discharge outlet. It can be easily connected with conveying, weighing, mixing, or storage systems to build a complete automatic material handling line.
